Kelly K. Crosse
Field Sales Development Director
Kelly works for the companies of OneAmerica ® as a field sales development director and assists career agents with life insurance and annuity sales. He also supports the professional development of new agents. He draws upon his own experiences to effectively communicate complex messages and drive audiences to take action.
With more than a decade of experience in the field, Kelly has become a top-tier financial services professional, manager, trainer and wholesaler. His track record is backed by exemplary recommendations, promotions and increased responsibilities.
Kelly is a Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and holds various training and presentation certifications. He has a bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
A resident of Glastonbury, Connecticut, Kelly has two children. His hobbies include jet skiing and competitive shooting.

Brent Gritton
Field Sales Development Director
Brent works for the companies of OneAmerica® as a field sales development director and supports career agents with life insurance and annuity sales. Drawing upon his own experiences, Brent focuses on life insurance and economics-based planning and supports the professional development of new agents.
After earning a finance degree from Illinois State University, Brent decided to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather and father by pursuing a career in the insurance industry. Brent spent six years in the field guiding clients on economics-based principles and helping them navigate personal finances. His passion and dedication helped him qualify for Million Dollar Round Tables and leaders’ conferences. Brent was humbled to be featured as one of the industry’s top “30 under 30” in an insurance publication.
Brent and his wife, Alison, met in college when both were part of the athletics program. They reside in Fishers, Indiana, where they enjoy a social lifestyle surrounded by family and friends. They have a passion for rescue dog programs and live with their two rescued pit bulls, Louie and Mac. Brent looks forward to Sunday family dinners — even during football season! — and spending time with extended family in South Carolina.

Elaine Marvin
Regional Sales Director
Elaine works for the companies of OneAmerica® as a regional vice president supporting independent marketing organizations (IMOs) and OneAmerica general agencies. She provides sales training and assists with workshops and other functions to support the growth of the Care Solutions Care Solutions product line.
Elaine has dedicated her 30+ year career exclusively to OneAmerica. She has been a wholesaler of the Care Solutions product line since its creation in 1989.
Elaine holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation and has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
A resident of Temple Terrace, Florida, Elaine is married to Stu, and they have two children, Robby and Suzi.

Trish Morton
Regional Sales Director
Trish works for the companies of OneAmerica® as a regional sales director supporting independent marketing organizations (IMOs) and OneAmerica general agencies. She provides sales training and assists with workshops and other functions to support the growth of the Care Solutions Care Solutions product line.
Trish has been in the long-term care planning industry for 17 years—four years as an agent and 13 as a wholesaler. She has supported wire houses, financial institutions and independent agents with training, client events and presentations. She is adept at helping and educating financial professionals in the long-term care discussion.
Trish holds the Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) designation. She is a member of the Perspectives Alumnae for the Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, a not-for-profit organization.
Trish has a Bachelor of Science in education and Master of Science in education from University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. She also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
A resident of Fishers, Indiana, Trish has a son, Ben. She enjoys tennis, cross training, skiing, reading and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts and the University of Louisville basketball team.
Advance Sales and Market Development

David A. Gresham
Advanced Markets Analysis Manager
Dave works for the companies of OneAmerica® as an advanced sales resource for the career agent field force. He answers producer questions about specimen documents, estate planning and tax code details, among other advanced sales solutions.
Dave also authors position papers on advanced market concepts and supports the development of client brochures, producer guides and educational publications for agents. He conducts education seminars nationally for OneAmerica member companies and is a guest speaker for industry organizations.
After practicing general civil law in Columbus, Indiana, and Indianapolis, Dave joined American United Life Insurance Company®, a OneAmerica company, in 1992. He graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law–Bloomington. He completed his undergraduate work at Ball State University, where he graduated cum laude. Before attending law school, he served in the U.S. Army in West Germany as a military intelligence analyst.
Dave lives in Indianapolis and has two children, Grace and Patrick. His enjoys music and sings in his church choir.
